"Good prices for everyday stuff"
Pretty happy with it overall. The prices are good and, like I said, it feels worth the money. Nothing fancy, but like I said, I got what I needed without overpaying.

"Return policy feels way too strict"
I had to return a few things, the whole process just made me think, okay, why is this so complicated? The return window was really short, the rules felt overly picky, and somehow I still ended up losing money. At that point I was just like, yeah, I don’t think ordering online from them again is worth the hassle.

"Craft supplies arrived with their own crumple effect"
I ordered a few craft supplies from craftsdirect.com, and the actual items were mostly fine, which was nice. The packaging, though, seemed to be going for a minimalist “hope and prayer” approach: thin box, barely any padding, and one corner already crushed by the time it reached me.
A couple of the paper items were bent, and some small pieces were just roaming freely around the box like they were on vacation. Nothing was completely destroyed, thankfully, but it was still annoying. For craft supplies that can bend or get damaged easily, I really expected better packing

"Super helpful staff"
I had a couple questions and wasn’t sure what to expect, but the staff jumped in right away and helped me out so fast. Everyone was really nice too, which always makes the whole thing easier. Just a really smooth, pleasant experience overall.

"I randomly decided to look for a Crafts..."
I randomly decided to look for a Crafts Direct coupon before checking out, i was a little annoyed at first because the first couple I tried didn’t work. But then one finally did take some money off, so I was like, okay, worth it. Checkout was smooth after that. Not a bad experience overall, I just wish the coupon details were clearer so I didn’t have to guess.

"Prices just felt a little hard to justify"
I was browsing Crafts Direct for a few basic craft supplies, and the prices just felt higher than I expected. It’s not even about wanting everything to be the cheapest possible, I’m totally fine paying a little more if the service, selection, or overall experience makes it feel worth it. But when I saw some of the same items cheaper on other sites even before shipping, it was hard to justify placing the order. I ended up deciding not to buy anything.

"Found the yarn colors I was looking for"
I was having a hard time finding a few specific yarn colors anywhere else, but they actually had them in stock. Ordering was simple and checkout didn’t give me any trouble. Overall, I’m happy with the experience and would probably check here again if I needed more yarn

I expected at least something to be bent or scuffed, since that happens way too often with deliveries, but this order actually arrived in great shape. The packing was solid, nothing looked damaged, and everything was clean and new when I opened the box

"Better than I expected"
I’m really happy with my order from Crafts Direct. You know how sometimes craft supplies show up and you’re just hoping they look half as good as the photos? This was not one of those times.
The paper, ribbons, and little extras all felt really nice, and nothing was bent, flimsy, or cheap-looking. The colors were close to what I saw online too, which is always a relief, right?

I’ve already used a few pieces for cards, and everything held up well. Would I order again? Definitely.

It was on backorder, so I had to wait a bit longer than expected. I don’t remember the exact timing, but they did keep me updated along the way, so it wasn’t a big issue.

"Order arrived, but tracking was a headache"
My order did show up in the end, so that part was fine. But the tracking was annoying — it stayed on the same update for days, and I had no clue where the package actually was. Customer service did respond, but they didn’t really give me anything useful. For a simple craft order, it felt like more stress than it needed to be.

I grabbed a few craft supplies during the sale and saved more than I thought I would. The prices were really good, checkout was simple, and everything showed up just fine. I blame myself a little for not adding more to my cart while the discounts were that good. I’ll definitely check Crafts Direct again next time they run a sale.

"Nice spot for seasonal craft finds"
I ordered a few fall and Christmas craft items from Crafts Direct, and overall I was happy with everything. They had a good variety to browse through, and the prices felt reasonable, especially for seasonal pieces. Most of the items looked really nice in person, though one little decoration was a bit smaller than I pictured from the listing. Not a huge issue, just something I noticed when I unpacked the box. Shipping was totally fine, not lightning fast, but it arrived in good shape. I’d shop there again

I got through checkout and my payment went through fine, but the whole process felt a bit slower than I expected. A couple of the pages took a while to load, so I found myself waiting around more than I’d like. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, just a little clunky overall.
